Are you looking for guitar lessons, singing lessons or both? Or would you like to explore your individual style and creativity?
Experienced music tutor Deb Bond is an ex-touring musician and has been sharing her passion for music with children and adults since 2008.
Whether you have primary or high school-aged children or are an adult wanting to explore your musical self, Deb is known as a professional, dedicated and caring teacher.
“I believe music should be fun! My goal is to keep students engaged, curious and inspired. I love seeing their joy, enthusiasm, and confidence grow over time.”

Lessons are held in Deb’s home studio, set in a quiet and convenient location, surrounded by trees and birds (close to Byron Bay High School).
The studio is equipped with adult and children’s sized guitars (which students are welcome to use at the class), microphones and a PA system.
Lessons are held three days per week at times suitable for school children and adults and can be purchased in blocks or as casual classes.
“We cannot speak highly enough about Deb‘s guitar and singing tuition. She did a fantastic job teaching and helping our children, Amaliah (11-18 years) and Eric (8-15 years), over nearly seven years. Deb is compassionate, caring and very talented. She works very well with children, but she is also very good with adults as well. Our family feels very blessed to have had Deb in our lives for so many years”
Vitoria Martins and Simon Borg-Olivier, Possum Creek, 2023.
Deb teaches children and adults how to explore or improve their voice, develop or expand guitar skills or learn how to sing and play the guitar together- at their own pace.
She holds a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
